How it works

Three steps to your first roll

  1. Bamboo rice paddles with the black kit tools

    Prep the rice and fillings

    Cook short-grain rice, season it with rice vinegar, sugar and salt, and let it cool. Slice your fillings with the knife.

    Shape it your way

    Load the sushi bazooka for a perfect roll, press nigiri with the nigiri maker, or fill the cut mold for even pieces.

  3. Rolling maki on the bamboo mat

    Roll, slice and serve

    Wrap your roll in nori on the bamboo mat, slice it with a wet knife, and serve with the two sauce dishes.
